For companies & site management
One standard deal, transparent pay.
Your people wear a small camera device while doing their normal job, and we pay for every hour of quality data it collects.
How pay works
One standard rate card for every partner and every site — the current figures are stated in your rate schedule, and they are never reduced retroactively.
What counts as quality data
Only approved hours are paid, against fixed criteria:
Worn correctly
Device on, lens clear, task work in frame — hours without task work in frame don't accrue.
Usable footage
Stable capture, adequate light, complete task sequences.
Uploaded
Only hours uploaded to the cloud count — recorded but un-uploaded hours don't. Uploads happen in batches after the shift; footage is never live-streamed.
Reviewed & itemized
Our quality control reviews every batch. Each collector gets an itemized statement — approved hours, rejected hours, each rejection with its reason.
The standard terms
Ten short clauses, plain language.
The parties
The agreement is between the collecting company (a4PRc, by intuition.dev) and the host partner — the company or site management hosting collection on its physical operations. The signed order form names the contracting legal entity and governing law.
The program
We provide camera devices, mounts, training and quality control. Participating workers wear the device during their normal work — nothing about the work itself changes.
Participation is voluntary
Only workers who opt in and sign a personal consent form collect data. Anyone can stop at any time, with no effect on their employment.
Pay
The collection rate and consistency bonus are stated in the rate schedule — the same standard figures for every partner, never reduced retroactively.
Payment flow
Rewards settle twice a month — paid directly to collectors, or to the partner for distribution where the partner requires it.
Data ownership — and what it is never used for
Collected footage and derived data belong to the collecting company. The partner receives no access to footage of its workers — collection is never a monitoring tool, and footage is never used for discipline, evaluation or surveillance. Settlement statements exist only to compute pay — never for discipline or evaluation.
Privacy
Personal identifiers of bystanders are blurred or removed in processing. Footage is stored securely and used for robotics research and development.
Site setup
The partner provides site access, help onboarding volunteers, a place to store and charge devices, and upload bandwidth per the readiness check below. We replace failed hardware at no cost.
Site rules & confidentiality
Restricted areas, trade-secret zones and no-capture zones are excluded from collection at the partner's direction. We follow the site's rules.
Term & exit
Either side can end the program with 14 days' notice. Devices return to us, and every approved hour up to the last day is paid.
Site readiness
Three questions shape the deployment plan and setup schedule — never the collector rates above.
Do you need us to manage the camera devices on site?
Do you have stable, high-speed internet at the site?
Is the connection wired (cable) or WiFi-only?
Standard setup — your site meets the baseline, so the standard setup schedule applies as-is.
